Information We Collect
- Photos you upload — selfies and portraits you submit so SelfAI can generate AI headshots, AI portraits, profile pictures and avatars.
- Generated AI photos — outputs SelfAI creates from your inputs.
- Account data — email address, sign-in identifiers and authentication tokens.
- Subscription and purchase data — receipts, plan tier and renewal status (handled by RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play).
- Device and usage data — device model, OS, app version, language, crash logs, IP address, page and screen views, referring URLs and interaction events.
- Marketing identifiers — pixel and analytics IDs used to measure ads and conversions.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI photo generation, AI headshot creation and related Services.
- To manage accounts, subscriptions and customer support.
- To improve product quality, reliability, safety and performance.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

How We Share Information — Third-Party Services
SelfAI uses trusted third-party processors to operate the Services. We share only the minimum data needed for each provider to do its job. Each provider operates under its own privacy and security commitments.
- Apple App Store and Google Play — distribute the SelfAI iOS and Android apps and process subscription billing.
- RevenueCat — manages subscription state, purchase receipts and entitlements across iOS and Android.
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, app analytics, crash reporting, configuration and storage.
- Google AdMob — serves ads inside the app for free-tier users where applicable.
- OpenAI — supports certain AI features such as text or instruction processing.
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, API services and content safety where applicable.
- Replicate — runs hosted AI models (including image-generation models) used to create AI photos.
- Fal.ai — hosted AI model inference for image generation features.
- Google Analytics — measures website and app traffic and engagement.
- Meta Pixel — measures advertising performance and conversion events.
- Vercel Analytics — measures website performance and custom conversion events such as
iOS_App_Store_ClickandGooglePlay_Store_Click.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
How AI Features Use Your Photos
Selfies you upload are sent to model providers (such as Replicate, Fal.ai, OpenAI and Microsoft Azure) for the sole purpose of generating your AI photos. We do not use your uploads to train foundation models, and we do not sell or rent uploaded photos. Generated AI photos belong to you, subject to the Terms of Service.
Data Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. Uploaded photos and generated outputs are retained for the period needed to deliver the Services and may be deleted on request.
Your Rights
- Access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
- Export your data in a portable format where required.

Children
